Suggest Remedy For A Skin Itch

I have an itch above my right shoulder blade for the past 4 weeks ( just in the one area) E 45 has not helped to stop this. At this stage it is now getting sore although still an itch. There is no rash, pimple mole etc. What should I use to stop same.
