Suggest Remedy For A Skin Rash Appearing On The Face

So today I noticed a weird small mark on my face that hasn't been there. It sort of looks like a hickie/bruise. It doesn't hurt though. When I went to wash my face tonight I found another one right under my eyebrow and I have no idea what it could be or what could be causing it?
