My daughter developed a rash that looked like mild abrasions or scratches at the base of her neck on Monday, seemed to be clearing up in the middle of the week, and then spread to her back- the welts appeared almost like a bug bite and now look like very fine scratches. Although my daughter is 2 1/2 she has been complaining of itchiness at the site of the welts.
