Suggest Remedy For A Small Hole On The Shaft

Hi, A guy I recently hooked up with and am talking to has a small hole on his shaft, right before the head on the top. After he cums, I have seen almost like a yellow square type shaped thing come out of it. What is it? and what is the hole? Should I worry?
