Suggest Remedy For A Swollen Penis

hi doctor. I did excessive masturbation last night and my penis is swollen and its been 12 hours now but it part beow the head is swollen.. please help.. I did around 4 to 5 hours of mastubation with a intervel 15 mins with each masturbation for about 5 times last night. I am worrried hope i have not damaged my penis internally.
