Suggest Remedy For A Tear In The Frenulum Of The Penis

I tore my Frenulum yesterday evening halfway through sexual intercourse. I was just concerned about possible infection if I don t treat it? I ll be sure to wash it daily but is this enough? My penis doesn t hurt, only when I wash it and pull back the foreskin does it then begin to sting. Also I was wondering how long it would take for the frenulum to heal before I can have intercourse again?
