Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Bloating After A Spine Surgery

Hello - Iam an incomplete Paraplegic and since my spine injury I suffer from abdominal pain - My stomach swells to the size of like a 7 month pregnant woman and it is painful - It will swell when I more to much - meaning transfer to one area to another or when Iam yelling - Could this be due to my spine?
