Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain Due To Gas

Hi Doc, my mum suffered gas pain until now. Dec 2014 to Feb was the coldest month in my place. Thus March she was having LBM, vomiting and gas pain until now. We bring her in the hospital but after checking stool, urine and blood no findings. She was only prescribed by a medicine for gas pain and antibiotics. Now she still suffering gas pain but stopped vomiting and LBM. She hard to eat due to fill vomit after she ate. She was now 70 years old. What to do on her gas pain. Now i gave her to intake activated charcoal and food supplement like MX3 mangosteen.
