Suggest Remedy For Abnormally Sized Breasts

I have very large breasts. My bra size is about 30 F/G i weigh about 130 pounds i am five four (ft) in height. I get frequent heart burn, and lower back pains. Everyone teases me about the size of my breasts and when people ask and i tell them the size they make comments that make me feel really horrible. It's horrible and painful, and i sweat all the time especially underneath the breast area. What should i do?
