Suggest Remedy For Abrasions On Penis Skin

Hi Doctor,A few months ago, I tried to glide a vibrator on my penis but guessed it made some abrasions on the skin just underneath of my penis' head. Now there's a white spot on the right hand side of the penis and it is painful during masturbation and even gets my erection down during intercourse. Could you help me please? Thank you.
