Suggest Remedy For Abrupt Pain In Ankle And Foot

okay so i didnt do any activies involvving my feet but yesturday my top of my foot and toes started to hurt really bad especailly whenever i moved my toes just a little.....then my ankle started hurting and got a little swollen its not really swollen any more but my top of foott is killing me when ever i walk and even when im just sitting down its my big toe tht trigers the pain! it hurts really bad and my mom doesnt know what it could be! i need help
