Suggest Remedy For Ache On Left Side Of The Throat

Please type your query here...I have some sharp ache/pain in the left side of my throat. 7x when drinking water or carbonated water I get a sharp pain and it feels like my airway is closed. It is frightening./ I end up gasping for air and then coughing and it settles but for a few seconds I can't get air. Doc has checked with camera and found nothing. The area is sore and I am scared.
