Suggest Remedy For Acne After Masturbating

I am 30 year old.When I do Hand practice(even one or two times in a month), my skin becomes scared by Acne and pimples. When I do not do hand practice the acne and pimples remain in control.I am getting married soon. I am afraid that after each intercourse, I have to face the acne and pimples. It is really a serious problem for me.Please help me. What should I do? I am very afraid.Thanking you,
