Suggest Remedy For Acne And Scars On Face And Chest

I've acne issues and left behind with ugly marks on my face, chest and back.
I don't get any issues with my monthly cycle but still I'm on contraceptive pills for hormonal issues as told by the doc. Should I continue with the medicines? Please guide me with the Microdermabrason process as well and how to get rid of the marks from my back and chest.
