Suggest Remedy For Acne And Scars On Face

My skin is very sensitive and acne doesn t heal and scars are left....how to recover from using Meth and destroying my face. Please help. I think my face is too sensitive for a chemical peel...but I cant live with these scars and continuous outbreaks.
