Suggest Remedy For Acne On Back, Shoulders, Thighs And Chest

hello doctor, i have been suffering from acne from several years.i have acne on my back ,shoulders ,tighs & chest.before i used to neglect my health.I dont know any thing.when i came to know that drinking more water helps to reduce so many problems ,i started drinking water.my problem was reduced to some extent and almost reduced.Again i neglected my health.i faced severe constipation.immediatley my problem was increased.i consulted the skin doctor.He gave me all costly medicines.my problem was not solved.in addition to my problem my skin tone is going dark due to medicines.My skin tone is actually fair.I informed the doctor about this.He told that he will give me medicines to improve my skin tone.but my problem was increasing day by day.i faced so many side effects.i came to know that doctor is making money with his patients.i stopped consuming medicines. then i got a little bit relief.what i want to know is how to get rid of acne problem permanently and get a beautiful skin .please help me doctor.
