Suggest Remedy For Acne

i used to have acne about 6 years ago now, since then i took tablets and stopped them about 3 or 4 years ago. The tablets i believe were the low steroid, cant remember the name of it. But this solved the problem and although maybe i had the odd one or two spots that was a brilliant recovery to my previous condition. In the last two weeks or so i have come out in a rash across my mouth and either side of my chin with spots just on one side of my face but covering the whole of my left side of my face! Recently started playing football again. Been using Garnier skin natural skin care, freederm acne cream, and been taking vitamin c tablets with zinc in the last ten days. Help please!!
