Suggest Remedy For Acne

I have a big acne painful and just 3 days old on my left cheek. I wanna go to college. It is embarrassing to show my face to others. I want to get rid of it. And i have acnes and pimples frequently visiting and leaving black scars that takes months to deteriorate. How do i wipe them off once and for all.
