Suggest Remedy For Acute Sweating, Chest Pain And Vomiting

I had abnormal lab;what ever level 5.0 normal mine 9. I had a cat scan of my chest done and a EKG;I had an episode of acute sweating,violent vomiting ,minimal chest pain; that came on suddenly;I thought maybe I was having a heart attack as one of r my sisters had one ;they were checking for a pulmonary embolism; also really tired a lot of the time for at least a month....is this site for real? last summer I fell and still can't remember the fall; dx a mild concussion; what do you think?I believe I got good health I work in the ER causally doing mental health assessments;just thought I'd get another opinion;You never know!
