Suggest Remedy For Allergic Rashes On Body

since three weeks i'm facing some allergy problem.small red coloured rashes are appearing on my arms and thighs.sometimes it scratches well.is dettol allergic to me.i used to pour 2-3 drops of dettol into one bucket of water before bathing.what should i do.which bath soap is the most preferrable one?
