Suggest Remedy For Allergic Rashes With Darkspots

I have develop a randon rash for 3 months thats look loki an allergic reaction, i am using zyrtec presently as ordered by my Dr and I am trying my best to find what i am allergis to, when the rash diappears it leavs dark spot, how to get rid of those. Please help
