Suggest Remedy For Allergic Skin Infections

Sir i am experiencing an allergy or something similar.Spots and flares start to appear on my skin all over my body whenever i experience excess of emotions ,for instance whenever i am happy or too sad or embarrassed these spots start to appear on my body.These spots come with pin piercing like pain and a hot feeling all over even when it is cold .I hope u will help me on this
