Please type your query here...Sir,last 5 years from am suffring some alergy problm on my penis.am an expatriate.am working and stay at dubai last 8 years.My penis is uncut and having more than enough soft skin on it and it is cmpltly moving towards down.undr the soft skin always forming a white layer of fungus.am worry about that and so many times i visit doctrs and they told itz not problmatic.but in between 4 or 5 hours if i keep my skin coverd on over the tip of penis by that soft skin it creats itching and that fungal..and while rubbing my fingers it feel slightly removes but aftr a while again it forms .what i do for that...
