Suggest Remedy For An Infection On The Scrotum

hi , i work in northern canada where it hits minus 35 celuis at times . i just noticed today a dark bruise like spot on my scrotum and im worried that it might be frost bite ? any ideas as to what it is ?? knowing that i haven't been struke in that area for it to bruise and it has feeling( doesn't hurt to touch) but at the same time is slightly cool to touch .
