Suggest Remedy For An Overgrowth Of Skin On The Penis

My penis is uncircumcised and I've not had a problem till recently. It seems that the skin will not pull back all the way anymore, and past a certain point it just feels and tight and leaves excess skin bunched up right under the head. Is it that my penis is still growing and the skin has not adjusted to fit it yet or what?
