Suggest Remedy For An Unpleasant Feeling In The Throat

Hi. I accidentally microwaved a piece of rubber and then when I opened the door I inhaled some of the fumes. I ve opened all the windows and went in my room and closed the door but I still feel it in my throat. Are there major health implications to this?
