Suggest Remedy For Anal Fissures

Hi doctor, i am 26 1/2 yrs old and suffering from anal fissure 0.5 cms at 03 O'clock since last 2 years. my fissures are not getting healed up. I have tried all these things.- ghiya(lauki) ka juice in the morning empty stomach daily.- fibre rich salad daily includes carrot and cucumber.- no spices.- no oily food.even underwent small surgery from a ayurvedic doctor. but no help. please suggest me.
