Suggest Remedy For Anxiousness On Stopping Betapace

I have been taking Betapace 40 mg. twice a day for Afib. Only had Afib 3 times in that 4 years. Had an ablation about 5 months ago and now weaning off of the beta blocker. This is the first week after about 4 weeks of being totally off of it and I feel a little anxious and my pulse in staying between 88-94 sometimes going as high a 104. Feels really fast since on the blocker I was always around 60 but my blood pressure continues to be very normal or a little lower than 120/80. The fast pulse is very steady and in rhythm. I see my EPI physician this Friday as a follow-up to my procedure.
