First of all, I don't know if my question belongs under Sexual Health / Infertility...My question is: When I was 18 I had frenulum breve and it was fixed successfully. The frenulum is now longer, but it seems that I have some skin connected under my penis head for about half centimeters left and right from frenulum. When I retract my skin, my penis head goes down (not erect) and it doesn't hurt at all. It hurted a bit, before the frenulum operation. In erection, I can pull my skin just a bit over my corona and it also doesn't hurt. My penis head goes down, when retracting, because of the skin connected to the head not because of the frenulum that is longer now. And it doesn't hurt when I masturbate. Could this attached skin be cut or removed or a circumcision must be done-wouldn't like the last one. I am 19 now and I didn't have sex yet. Would this mentioned problem be an obstacle to sexual intercourse? I would appreciate if you find spare time and answer me. Thank you in advance.Sorry for my english. Best regards from Serbia!
