Suggest Remedy For Back And Knee Pain

Hi sir, My name is Aftab Alam 29y male I am having pain in left knee last one year now a day i have pain in also lt ankle some times in rt knee and back pain in movement. I have done realted all test like RA, Crp, uric acid, calcium, ntccp, T3,T4,Tsh All tests are normal. Vitamin D was little bit low but after taken medicine it is also normal. Dr. are saying you have serronigatvi Arthraities. I have tried so many medicine like prendisolone, diclofinec sodium, lyrica, gabapentin, but not effective. Now a day advise of one dr. I am having aciclofinec, methroxane, folic acid, esterified fatty acid comlex, glucossamine with zingiber. he has told that you have to take medicine for three monts it will be cure. But now i have little improvement in knee but back pain raised. from one month i am having medicine. Please advise me am i going right way? Is this curable by this medicine? Dr. Please give me your imp time and good guide. Thanks a lot.
