Suggest Remedy For Back Pain That Radiates Towards Lower Chest And Upper Stomach

Over the last couple of months I have had pain to go and come in the middle of my back and radiates to my lower chest and upper stomach. I have had discoloring and strong urine order. A softening of my stool but that is what I understand is normal from taking Metphorman for diabetes. I have been a diabetic since I was 44 and I'm now 56. I'm 5'-8" and weigh 158 lbs. I have shed 18 lbs. since last April and tried to lose through diet and exercise. Since the pain has started I haven't done much in the way of exercise, but still watch what I eat. The pain I have probably around a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Once again, it goes and comes.
