Suggest Remedy For Backache And Flabbiness In Stomach

Hi, I am 26 year old and deliver a baby boy(4 month old) by C-section. I could not take proper rest due to some circumstances due to this i am facing with problems such as Bach ache (spinal and sacral) and abdomen is very flabby. so plz give me proper advise thanks Delhi
