Suggest Remedy For Bad Body Odor

Hi i have had a serious body odor for servral years. I have went to all kinds of doctors but no luck also been tested for a lot of things still noo luck can you please advise me on what to do are is there hospital that deal with bad body odors only are can i even get some kind of shot for it thank you.
