Suggest Remedy For Bad Body Odor

Hi I have been dealing with a bad body odor for about 4 years now. It started off like a poop like odor through my skin pores and now it has worsened it is like a strong urine body odor through my skin pores it is horrible. I seen 2 doctor 3 years ago and they checked my liver, kidneys etc. and everything came back normal so I highly doubt it is medically related but I don't know what to think anymore is it possible my labs were not accurate. This body odor is so bad people can smell me from a distance and I get negative reactions on a daily basis. Can you please give me advice on what could possibly be causing this body odor what my next step should be. Thanks:)
