Suggest Remedy For Balls Of Grease In Skin

Hi. my father has a few balls of grease under his skin. We still dont know what they are. And because he doesn't have insurance he can not go to the doctor. I was wondering if any one can help us. The balls of grease get bigger and there are more of them. They have been growing in a period opf 5 years. Can any one help us.
