Suggest Remedy For Belching And Pain In Abdomen

My 3 yr old daughter is complaining of her belly and all day today she has had very very frequent burps (more than normal) and they smell of rotten eggs n she complains of a horrible taste in her mouth. I m not sure what is causing this or how serious it is. It s never happened to her before. Please help
