Suggest Remedy For Big Hole In Arm After Lancing A Boil

Lanced a boil right outside of armpit. Yes I know I should not have but kept spreading out and pressure hurt. Been oozing a bit and getting better... I think. Keeping antibiotic ointment on it. Took a shower and was letting water hit it to clean it good. I know that when you have a sore covered with antibiotic and a bandage it normally turns white. But how deep? I ask this cause it was white but it looked really deep. Like maybe a core. So I thought maybe it should come out. So I pulled it out. Now have big hole in my arm. Second guessing that decission now. It didn't hurt to pull it out if that makes a difference.
