Suggest Remedy For Black Dots On The Inner Side Of Arms

hello, I have black dots on the inner side of my arm (biceps and triceps), these dots are where every hair grows, the reason for this is that my arms rob my body when I walk, I'm skinny but I have wide chest as I go to the gym regularly, What can I do to get rid of those black dots?
