Suggest Remedy For Black Dots Spreading Across The Skin

Black dots with no raised surface spreading on skin. Seems to be from legs all the way to head. I have crohns disease and was in the hospital last year where they tested my blood etc and gave me Iron because I was losing blood from stools. It seems to be getting worse and the stick around and grow. Any ideas?
