Suggest Remedy For Black Spots Appearing On The Ankle

My feet look dirty with little specs of black dots and also on my ankle there is a small red dot and my leg (calf) bone hurts with throbbing pains and sensitive to the touch. It almost feel when i touch the red dot on my leg i can feel pain where the leg bone hurts at.
