Suggest Remedy For Black Spots On Legs

Hi, I'm 25 years old and I had a lipo on my legs a year ago. I still have a lot of black sport in my legs. I can't wear shorts or even go to the beach. What treatment should I take ? I've tried to many creams, lotion...none of them work. Maybe laser would help?
