Suggest Remedy For Bleeding After Intercourse And In Between Periods

I had a trans vaginal ultra sound scan 6/7 weeks ago due to abdominal pains. I had previously had a polyp removed just over a year ago under general anaesthetic. My scanner said everything looked perfect in my womb and you couldn t tell I had any surgery. Today I went to a consultant as I m still having pains. He did the same scan and booked me in for surgery as he says I have a polyp. Last time I had symptoms of polyps bleeding after intercourse. Bleeding between periods. How can I have a polyp 6 weeks later that needs surgery with no symptoms? My partner and I have been trying for s baby since September. It s just not adding up to me.
