Suggest Remedy For Bleeding During Pregnancy

hi i have a question i just recently found out i was pregnant with a home pregnancy test the odd thing was i was bleeding , I went to the emergency room and found out that my hcg level was at 110 they did an ultrasound but was not able to find anything. I went to see my ob doctor did another hcg testing on monday found out the results on tuesday and my hcg level went up a little 210. then i just recently did another hcg test and it went down to 197. I have another ultra sound on monday but i cant figure out whats going on any help
