Suggest Remedy For Bleeding In Between Periods

Hi, Im 25yrs old I have previously been on a number of pills since the age of 16/17, (microgynan - gave me migraines and bleeding between periods, another pill -cant remember what it was called - gave me a 3 month non stop period until I came off the pill) I then started Noriday about 2 years ago with no problems. However, in the last 4-6 months I have noticed that I am starting to bleed in between periods, and now for the past 3 months Ive had 2 full periods a month.... what should I do?
