Suggest Remedy For Bleeding In Nipples

I had an emergency c-section 3 weeks ago and I had problems getting my daughter to breastfeed so I began expressing milk and fed her with a bottle.
Today I struggled to express more than 20ml of milk and attempted to top it up but was not successful. I tried a warm bath, drinking water, and massaging both breasts but nothing has helped.
I have also noticed that I have began to bleed again, despite this stopping over a week ago. It isn't a huge amount and looks more like bloody discharge.
Any advice?
