Suggest Remedy For Bleeding In The Ear

I just did the stupid thing and may have stuck a q tip up my ear a little to far. Just found out that i'm not supposed to clean the ear canal with one. I still have hearing in that ear though it feels like i'm under water. What do i do? Also, there was a little bit of blood coming out when i pull the ear wax out which was pretty hard ear wax...
