Suggest Remedy For Bleeding In The Left Nostrils

I have had a cold followed by a fever and now a cough. My problem is my left nostril bleeds when I blow it. I mean, it's with mucus and almost dried blood and my left ear is blocked. My right nostril on the other hand, is okay... Just discharges yellowish to clear mucus... Should I take an antibiotic for this. Thank you doctors
