Suggest Remedy For Blister Life Fluids On Fingers

Hey. So i dont know if there are any Dermatologists in my area, so i thought id do this online. I have been having something going on for around 2 years, and it doesnt look like it's going to stop; its only spreading, if anything. I havent seen any doctors about it, but my parents dont know what it is. Anyways, so it's on my hand. On my right hand, four of my fingers now. I get little blister-like pockets fiilled with fluid. They're really tiny, and sometimes i have bunches of them. it seems that more appear whenever it's exposed to water, or anything moist/ a liquid. Then, once the blisters slowly start to go away, my hands go REALLY dry and rough in that area. To the point where my skin is peeling. Moisturizers dont work, because it only makes more tiny blisters appear. It's making me really self-conscious, and i dont know what it is, or what to do about it. Any ideas about what it is, or how to get rid of it? /:
