Suggest Remedy For Blisters On Hands

Hi Dr. I am suffering from skin problem & I do not really know what is the real cause, its on my hands & arms, small small cluster types, I am applying some lotion do not remember the name of that at night only & its only on hands & front portion of arms..........Please suggest me what should I do.
