Suggest Remedy For Blisters On My Upper Leg

For the past 2 weeks i have been having blisters that turn into painful sores on my upper leg, under arms and face ( my nose and cheek by my hair line) i went to the doctor and he told me it was nothing to be scared of..use some bacitracin and it will go away...so i did and it worked..but 2 days later they were back..i called him back and he said i need to go see a skin doctor..im really scared about what this could be..im only 23..this is something really bad?
